The City of Tamarac is actively seeking responses from qualified Proposers to provide General Contractor Services and Roofing Services for the Owner Occupied Minor Home Repair Program administered by the City of Tamarac Housing Division in full accordance with the scope of services, terms, and conditions contained in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). It is the City’s intent to establish the pool of qualified and experienced general contractors and roofers to complete various types of repairs to residential homes. This solicitation will add to the existing pool of contractors. The established list of pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to bid primarily on residential property rehabilitation work identified by the City’s Community Development, Housing Division. If you previously submitted successfully to RFQ 23-03Q, you do not need to resubmit to RFQ 23-14Q. There is a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Monday, December 19th 2022 at 2 PM.
