A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is a method of
procurement permitting discussions with responsible offerors and revisions to
proposals prior to award of a contract. Requests for Qualifications shall be in
compliance with the State of Florida Competitive Consultants Negotiations Act,
(CCNA) FS Chapter 287.055. Pricing is not submitted as a part of this
evaluation process for submitted qualification proposals. Award will be based
on the criteria set forth herein to the most qualified firms as indicated by
the Statement of Work, herein. The City of Tamarac is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the design, permitting, bidding assistance and construction administration services for the City of Tamarac New Water Treatment Plant Administrative Building and Site Storm Water Management System Improvement Project located at 7803 NW 61st Street, Tamarac, FL 33321. |
