The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the removal, legal disposition of existing equipment, purchase and installation of new HVAC equipment throughout the City of Tamarac for Bid # 20-10B – Citywide HVAC Replacement. This work will take place throughout the City at different locations outlined in the Scope of Work. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Scope of Work, and Specifications herein. The City is requesting aggregate bids for all locations; however, we reserve the right to award by individual location if it is in the best interest of the City.

Potential proposers shall consider all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, best practices regarding design and construction standards and past professional experience in their responses to the request for bids.
