The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, to submit a bid for the Construction of the Sunset Point/Veterans Park Renovation Project.  The proposed project sites are; Veterans’ Park, 7825 Southgate Blvd. Tamarac, FL 33321; and, Sunset Point Park, 11000 W. McNab Rd. Tamarac, FL 33321 (see site plans attached herein within Exhibits A & B).  The project will include the demolition and replacement of each existing restroom building and an expansion of the parking lot at Sunset Point Park and reconfiguration of the Veterans Park parking lot. The new facilities will be larger than the existing.

The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, Design Plans,  Specifications / Scope of Work, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
