The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the construction of the Tamarac Lakes Sections 1 and 2 Water Main Improvements Bid No. 21-17B. The project is located north of W Prospect Road between NW 21st Ave and NW 15^th Avenue, within the City of Tamarac.

The work shall include, but is not limited to furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications, and Bid No. 21-17-B Documents attached herein. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, @ 10:00AM Eastern Local Time via Microsoft Teams at the link below. Please note that this meeting will be recorded and uploaded to Bids&Tenders but it is highly encouraged that all parties interested in bidding on this project should try to attend this meeting.
