The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting quotes from authorized Cisco Systems resellers or Cisco Systems partners for a Cisco Systems SMARTnet renewal. A retail quote including all necessary renewal information has been provided by Cisco Systems, and is attached to this request for quote, to be used as reference. The City is requesting renewal quotes based on a three (3) year renewal of all items, to be co-termed, with the exception of some devices that were cut short by end of support dates. The Cisco Systems retail quote provides all details relating to the renewal term of each item. Respondents must be an authorized Cisco Systems reseller and/or partner. |

Based on review with Cisco Systems, Mvation Worldwide was disqualified as they did not quote the correct contract renewal term. They quoted 1YR of support instead of co-terming out to the 2023 expiration date.
With Mvation Worldwide disqualified, and with Cisco Systems’ assistance, the purchase shall be awarded to Central Technology Services Corporation, as they quoted the correct terms, and were the next least expensive.
