Description: 

Bids are hereby requested from qualified Contractors for construction of the Citywide Buffer Walls Phase IIB & Phase III Projects, Bid No. 18-13B. Buffer Wall Phase IIB Project is generally located on the South side of Commercial Boulevard, between NW 64th Avenue and just west of Woodlands Boulevard, and the east side of NW 64th Avenue approximately 320 LF south of Commercial Boulevard; and, Buffer Wall Phase III Project is generally located on the north side of McNab Road, between NW 108th Terrace and just west of Pine Island Road, Tamarac, Florida.

The work shall include, but not limited to, site preparation, construction of a new pre-cast concrete buffer wall system and associated work, concrete work, sidewalks construction, brick pavers installation, tree removal/relates, utility
relocations, restoration and sod installation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans,
Technical Specifications, and Bid No. 18-13B Documents herein. A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled on March 07, 2018, at 7525 NW 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321, 10:00 AM, Room 105.
